That pic is of Lee Hotti and his friends. He posted some stupid shit on an MMA forum he belonged to and everyone started making fun of his pic http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f40/pi...jersey-323157/. Only some of the pics are still on that thread. It's a good read if you're ever stuck at home with nothing else to do. He then posted more pics of himself thinking he was cool and he became an internet tool. There was even an unofficial web site that someone started on his dumb ass. I'm from Texas so I not too familiar with the term "guido", but according to everyone else on the internet he fits the description. I also attached another pic that I just found.
